DDG is currently partnering with the City of Milwaukee DCD to introduce the first comprehensive multi-use project at the gateway of the new African American Cultural and Entertainment District - Bronzeville. Near downtown Milwaukee and beautiful Lake Michigan, just seconds east of I-43, the African American Cultural and Entertainment District promises to capture the rich and traditional culture of historical Bronzeville as a modern special destination and business, entertainment and cultural center.
Sitting at the gateway to this new district is, The Gateway, a sustainable urban community which combines high density housing with retail, office and entertainment space..
